What you'll do

1. 1. Answer the questions on your phone. A few minutes, no right answers.
2. 2. You'll land on connection.workupward.com — a separate UPWARD site — and see your Connection Snapshot there as soon as you finish.
3. 3. If you'd like to help improve the survey, you can leave feedback on the last page (via the button under your Connection Snapshot).  If you'd like to attend the event as a participant, copy the link to your Connection Snapshot and enter that in the interest form to attend.

What we're listening for

We'd especially value your feedback if there were questions that felt confusing, boxes you couldn't fit yourself into, anything that made you hesitate, and whether the Snapshot at the end felt like you.
